Guys in 1 league im in theres a way to have equal opportunity with waiver systems without a waiver order ! a Blind bid waiver system .. the way it works is each owner gets $1000.00 per season as a bank account and each week you bid on free agents how ever much you want to bid on any player you want . you only get 1 bid and nobody can see how much you bid and Wednesday at noon the player goes to the highest bidder .. then after noon wednesday till kick off each week it stays as is ..first come first serve and no cost from your waiver account...
Now the $1000.00 is all you get for the whole season ... so when/if you run out of cash ...you will not be able to BID on players but you can still bid ZERO on a player till Wednesday and if nobody bids on said player then you would get that player free .
The object is to allow all owners equal opportunity to all players and its then up to you to bid on how badly you might need said player ... if your hurting at RB in week 2 and you see a free agent who just got the starting job due to sewason ending starter injury ..you could for example bid $900.00 on that 1 player ... but for whole season you would have only $100.00 to bid with the rest of season ...
